What Metryx Is

Metryx is a planning and analysis platform designed to help drivers and operators estimate operating costs, profitability, and pricing scenarios based on user-provided inputs.

• Metryx does not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice
• Metryx does not act as a broker, dispatcher, carrier, or routing authority

Estimates & Inputs

All results shown in Metryx are estimates based on data you provide, assumptions, and models. Actual results may vary due to fuel prices, routes, delays, weather, market conditions, and operational decisions. You are solely responsible for verifying information before accepting or bidding on any load.

Maps & Routing

Route visuals and mileage estimates may rely on third-party services such as Google Maps. Metryx does not guarantee route accuracy, availability, or legality.

Bidding & Negotiation Tools

Any suggested bids, rates, margins, or targets are planning tools only. You remain solely responsible for any pricing, negotiation, or contractual decisions.

Accounts & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You retain ownership of your data.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or account inactivity, except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

Pricing Changes

Subscription prices, features, and plans are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance where required by law. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reselling, sublicensing, renting, or leasing access to Metryx
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access the Service using your account
• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or exploiting any part of the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract source code, models, or logic
• Using the Service to build or assist a competing product

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

Independent Use

Metryx is a software tool only. Use of the Service does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Metryx.

Limitation of Liability

Metryx shall not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or business decisions made using the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
