Account Deletion Information

Metryx users can request deletion of their account and associated user-controlled data. Where the app supports in-app deletion, users should use the deletion option available in Account or Billing settings. Users may also request deletion support by email.

Before requesting deletion
- Export any records you want to keep.
- Cancel any active subscription through the applicable billing provider first.
- If you are part of a team or fleet workspace, coordinate with your workspace administrator before deletion.
What may be deleted
- Account access and profile information
- User-controlled operational records and uploads, subject to system processing state
- Local device cache associated with the signed-in account when supported by the app
What may be retained
- Records required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or billing reconciliation
- Locked audit artifacts or compliance evidence where retention is required by law, contract, or legitimate business need
- Minimal logs needed to document fulfillment of a deletion request
